If you feel stuck, confused and/or disappointed and question your current career, I would be happy to help you and revive your career. I work with a diverse range of healthcare professionals, from medical and graduate students, physician assistants, nurses to physicians – all at different career stages. Also, PhDs in the biomedical filed or in life sciences who wants to transition from academia to pharma would benefit from this program.
HCPs: physicians, physician-scientists, nurses who are burnout as providers and want to change their career path from standard healthcare practice, but do not know where to start and how to prepare their job search. Also, PhDs who feel trapped in academia and would like to explore the pharmaceutical industry as their future career option.
The program offers 1-to-1 coaching sessions at about two-week intervals for the minimum of 4 to 6 months, but also can be customizable toward your career goal. Sessions are 60 minutes, with the first session 2 hours long and include an email and messaging support. The career change timeline varies and could take from a half-year to two years with additional coaching sessions as needed.
The overall investment might vary and is based on the client’s final goals. The program will provide the highest value and the return on investment and set you up for the success in your new career pathway.
The final career path differs, but most of the healthcare providers transition toward pharmaceutical industry and choose the area, based on their interests, experience level and previous skills. Some could successfully combine clinical and non-clinical duties. PhDs mostly choose medical affairs (MSL-Medical Science Liaison) within the pharmaceutical industry as their career path.
